Anti-Rabies Clinics for dogs, cats, and ferrets will be held on Sunday, April 20, 2008, and Sunday, September 28, 2008, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, at the Carroll County Agriculture Center, located at 700 Agriculture Drive, Westminster.

• Cost for Rabies Vaccination is $6.00
• Vaccinations are administered by licensed veterinarians
• Animals must be restrained by leash or carrier

Maryland law requires all cats, dogs, and ferrets over 4 months of age to be vacinated against rabies.

2006 POSTER CONTEST                                                                                              
Environmental Health Bureau of the Carroll County Health Department held its 20^th Annual Poster Contest during April and May, 2006, open to all 4^th Grade students in Carroll County.   The goal of our poster contest is to educate students on a public health issue.  The 2006 poster contest theme, "Get a Head Start - Be Rabies Smart", focused on rabies prevention.
