An Anti-Rabies Clinic for dogs, cats, and ferrets will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2015, and Sunday, September 27, 2015, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, at the Carroll County Agriculture Center, located at 700 Agriculture Drive, Westminster.

  • Cost for Rabies Vaccination is $7.00
  • Vaccinations are administered by licensed veterinarians
  • Animals must be restrained by leash or carrier

Maryland law requires all cats, dogs, and ferrets over 4 months of age to be vacinated against rabies.

2006 POSTER CONTEST                                                                                              
Environmental Health Bureau of the Carroll County Health Department held its 20th Annual Poster Contest during April and May, 2006, open to all 4th Grade students in Carroll County.   The goal of our poster contest is to educate students on a public health issue.  The 2006 poster contest theme, "Get a Head Start - Be Rabies Smart", focused on rabies prevention.
