Stop Using Tobacco For Life
This five (5) week FREE program focuses on the individual need to develop skills to unlearn the habitual and unconscious part of the smoking/chewing habit.

You may receive a voucher for NRT or Chantix (need Dr. prescription for Chantix)
Walk-in Clinics
Every month on the third Thursday between 4-5 pm
at the Health Department. Receive a packet to help with
your quit plan and vouchers for nicotine replacement therapy and Chantix(with Dr. prescription). No registration needed.
Will meet with clients in order of arrival.

The Next Step Maintenance Program
Support Group. One hour session to assist you in staying tobacco free
or to get you back on track . Also vouchers for NRT or Chantix may be available.
