This two (2) hour  FREE clinic will help you to get started or refresh your quit plan

box of patches or voucher towards the purchase of Chantix (need Dr Prescription for Chantix).

  Stop Using Tobacco For Life 
 This five (5) week FREE program focuses on the individual need to develop skills to unlearn the habitual and unconscious part of the smoking/chewing habit.

Must register - Class Space is Limited - Sign up early!
You may receive a voucher for NRT or Chantix (need Dr. prescription for Chantix)

Walk-in Clinics 
Third Thursday of every month between 4-5:30 pm at the Health Department. Receive a packet to help with your quit plan and vouchers
 for Chantix (with Dr. prescription) or Nicotine Replacement Therapy. 
Drop in any time between 4-5:30pm --No registration needed.  
We meet with clients individually and in order of arrival.
