Jump Start to Quitting
This two (2) hour program will help you get
started or refresh your quit plan. Next class:
 March 6th, 6-8pm at Carroll County Health Department

Stop Using Tobacco For Life 
 This five (5) week program focuses on the individual need 
       to develop skills and a plan to quit tobacco use.
 Next class begins on March 15th
Thursday evenings 6-8pm Carroll County Health Department

 Walk-in Clinics
 Drop in clinic held the third Thursday of every month between 4:00-5:30pm.
Brief, individual support to assist in your quit efforts.People are serviced in the order they arrive.
