Jump Start to Quitting
This two (2) hour  FREE clinic will help you to get started or refresh your quit plan
February 8th , 6-8pm @ Carroll County Health Department

FREE box of patches or voucher towards the purchase of Chantix (need Dr Prescription for Chantix). 

OR

  Stop Using Tobacco For Life 
 This five (5) week FREE program focuses on the individual need to develop skills to unlearn the habitual and unconscious part of the smoking/chewing habit.

You may receive a voucher for NRT or Chantix (need Dr. prescription for Chantix)

Walk-in Clinics 
Third Thursday of every month between 4-5:30 pm at the Health Department. Receive a packet to help with your quit plan and vouchers
 for Chantix (with Dr. prescription) or Nicotine Replacement Therapy. 
Drop in any time between 4-5:30pm --No registration needed.  
We meet with clients individually and in order of arrival.

The Next Step Maintenance Program
Support Group. One hour session to assist you in staying tobacco free
or to get you back on track . Also vouchers for NRT or Chantix may be available.

First Tuesday of each month at Carroll Hospital Center, 7pm
