This grant-funded program provides case management and short-term mental health services in the Carroll County Detention Center and offers limited assistance to individuals with psychiatric disorders under intensive supervision by the
Maryland Division of Parole and Probation. Services include diagnostic evaluations, case management, release planning, service planning and oversight, and crisis intervention services. Strict eligibility criteria apply.
