An outpatient mental health clinic (OMHC) is licensed under the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and provides a comprehensive array of services including individual and group therapies, medication and medication management, biofeedback and monitoring, etc. OMHC's provide for continuity of outpatient care through written agreements with other programs and facilities when required.
