These programs offer limited rehabilitative services within a residential setting. Residents must meet Maryland's Priority Population. Several levels of support are available:

1. 24-hour - staff is awake and available within the house or a nearby house (within a few hundred feet)
2. Intensive - staff provides at least 40 hours of face-to-face supports, and is available through an on-call system at other times
3. General - staff meets face-to-face at least once weekly, and is available throug an on-call system at other times

Applications for residential rehabilitation services are available by contacting Patti McQuade at the Carroll County Core Service Agency at (410) 876-4907. These services must be pre-authorized by CCCSA.
