Targeted (Intensive) Case Management Services
Targeted (intensive) case management services assists individuals in acquiring needed resources and services through assessment, referrals and linkages to services. This service is primarily for people who, because of the severity of their illnesses, are unable to coordinate all aspects of their care. This is a separate billable service, and special circumstances must be met.

General case management services (less intensive) are offered to other consumers through Outpatient Mental Health Clinics, Mobile Treatment Services and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs.
