Serious Threats Assessment Program
The Carroll County Core Service Agency, Carroll County Local Management Board and Carroll County Public Schools jointly fund this program. All children in public schools who make threats of serious violence must be evaluated through this program prior to being allowed to return to school. Diagnostic evaluations and treatment recommendations are made.
